Welcome to the Charleston Model Yacht Club. Our sailing fleet is made up of two classes of boats, the EC-12 and the Soling One Meter. Guests are welcome any time to come and sail with us, whether you are an experienced sailor or would just like to learn. Hats
The club will be ordering summer wide-brim hats; a mesh vented top should keep them cool on a hot summer day. The hats will have the CMYC pin on them. If you are interested talk to Pauline Lacroix

Rules

On Wednesday February 1st we will by-pass sailing to attend a seminar on racing rules given by our member, Bob Bowden. This will be held from 10:00-12:00 at the Charleston Yacht Club, 17 Lockwood Blvd which is the City Marina. You have to go into the pay parking lot, it's the gray building at the end of the parking lot nearest the JI Connector bridge. (Flag pole in front). Time permitting after the seminar and lunch some of us might go to the pond to sail.

Soling 1 Meter one day regatta.
The Soling 1 Meter Fleet would like to thank the Sun City and Columbia clubs for joining us on Saturday November 19 for our one day inter club regatta.
